About Jeanne: Jeanne Kalogridis was born on December 17, 1954. She has a B.A. in Russian and a M.A. in Linguistics. For years, she has written under a pseudonym, J.M. Dillard, a virtual legend in the Star Trek genre. Her first novel published as Jeanne Kalogridis was Covenant With the Vampire in 1984. She's since written Children of the Vampire, Lord of the Vampires, and The Burning Times. Her fourth novel Lucrezia Borgia will be released in May of 2004.
